Mindfulness makes us aware of our thoughts and our internal dialogue.  When aware we can challenge and change any unhelpful thought patterns and fixed beliefs we notice. Challenging and changing your thoughts change your life. This is a huge step in overcoming anxiety. Notice your thoughts, really notice and see what's going on.  Are they helpful? Are they true? What's the story behind the thought?
