I found the 6 week sessions of Mindfulness to be very beneficial to me. Susan has an easy way of teaching, she has an open and relaxed personality which really helpd me feel more comfortable. I learned breathing techniques and tips that will help me manage my anxiety and stress levels. I am thankful to Susan for sharing her knowledge and life experiences. I am female, in my early 50's. I am a professional and I work full time. I am also a mother of two adult children.
I had the good fortune to attend recent Mindfulness, six sessions, Nov-Dec 2019, delivered by Susan Landsberg.
I had an understanding of Mindfulness prior to these sessions, but my knowledge and awareness of Mindfulness was improved and deepened, due to doing these six sessions.
In particular, I now appreciate the necessity of daily practice of correct breathing techniques, to bring the benefits of Mindfulness, into my everyday life.
Four of these sessions were delivered face to face and two via IT (a live on-line session and a pre-recorded session). Due to the person-ability of Susan, each of these methods worked very well for us.
Most importantly, having a flexible method of delivery also suits modern life style and balancing other commitments while still keeping to the six week session pattern. Having a pre-recorded session also allows revision of points on that particular session again and again, at any further point, on-line sessions also facilitate this too.
For me the six sessions content, the pace of delivery and the titles of each session worked very well, as they all blended in well and at the end, provide a solid comprehensive tool kit of Mindfulness skills to use, to positively benefit many aspects within you life (well-being and health, stress management, inner happiness, deeper self awareness etc).
I would highly recommend doing this Mindfulness course with Susan.
