Self-compassion and self-care are imperative to our well being. We tend to be critical of ourselves when experiencing anxiety which is unhelpful.  All beings thrive with kindness, compassion and nurturing one's individual needs. By cultivating self-love we grow in confidence and our self worth escalates. This is vital in overcoming anxiety.
