Anxiety can arise when we compare ourselves to or endeavor to live up to the perceived expectations of others. By cultivating and nurturing our own unique gifts and traits and learning to love and accept ourselves as we are, "imperfectly perfect", we can greatly reduce or eliminate anxiety.
