How long does the course take?

Mindfulness is a practice, meaning that it takes time to develop any new skill or habit.  The more one practices the easier it becomes and more benefits one reaps.

However, we do recommend doing one module per week and taking that week to embody the teachings, practice the techniques, reflect on the practices, listen to the meditations daily and integrate Mindfulness into your day.

What is the format of the course?

The course is presented in a video format. It is accompanied by pdf attachments to enhance your learning.  Downloadable audio meditations are included with each section of the course.

This online training is non-refundable.  Mindfulness is a way of being and the practices are most beneficial when practiced daily. As with any new habits, it takes time and effort to build and reap the benefits. But it is worth it, YOU are worth it.
